It is a specific Breathwork practice that involves conscious and connected breathing techniques to induce altered states of Consciousness and promote emotional release, healing, and transformation.

NDB is a trauma-informed Breathwork method that gently supports the nervous system in releasing long-held stress and emotional imprints. Through conscious connected breathing and awareness – totally guided from within – the body is invited to unwind protective patterns and return to a natural state of balance and presence. NDB can open access to deep relaxation, emotional healing, and expanded states of awareness — without force, substances, or re-traumatization – your Inner Guiding Intelligence does the real work. This method offers radical self-empowerment for deep and lasting change.

How does Neurodynamic Breathwork™ work?

NDB works by accessing the subconscious mind, allowing you to explore your inner self and gain insights into your emotions and past experiences.

The entire session takes 2 -2.5 hours.

Neurodynamic Breathwork™ helps to access profound states of self-awareness and facilitate deep healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Conscious connected breathing with evocative music has become a catalyst for personal growth, expanded consciousness, and profound transformation.

NDB sessions have to be facilitated by a certified Neurodynamic Breathwork™ facilitator with 6 months (350+ hours) of training.

What you can expect during a Neurodynamic Breathwork™ group session:

We begin with an opening circle, creating a supportive and welcoming space for everyone involved (around 10 minutes).

Then, we move into an introductory talk, where we talk about everything you need to help you understand the process (approximately 30 minutes).

The heart of the session lies in the active breathing phase, where you will engage in conscious connected breathing while listening to evocative music (approximately 60 minutes). This is the transformative part, where you can dive deep, let go, and experience the profound effects of the practice.

Afterward, we have an integration period, allowing you to process and integrate your experience (around 10 minutes). You can do expressive arts, journal, move, eat, or just be.

Finally, we come together in a sharing circle, where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, and connect with others who have gone through similar journeys (as long as there are shares or questions).

Even one session can lead to profound breakthroughs, increased self-mastery, and a greater sense of purpose and clarity in life.
